Thanks all, there is a set of permissions in the MOD itself I set but there was still a 2nd set of overall permissions that I had to change.
Let me know if it works for you now.

We just gave up a like three of the Calan 3010R meters... they are selling old test equipment on eBay for some fundraiser.

ours arent on ebay, but they did sell off our spare head end units...we still have 3010h hooked up, and each have a field unit....but they are trying to get $$$ to swap us over to jdsu/pathrack, from trilithic....
