update , NO aspect change on Tube Panasonic HD set. Talked to subs hubby (on phone while at the house)..... " The HD channells have NEVER had a bar on the sides , I have had HD for 7 years. You guys are fu&*( with things , it all started a couple days ago."
 Also he says the updates we did a month or so ago (added roughy 10 more HD's) were there the whole time. I have never wanted to smack a customer until talking to him.
 His wife knew but just played along to get us out and prove him WRONG ... I Like her :)

one of the guys had a TC today that said "Swap MTA for one with dual ethernet ports"...

OHHH those are fun!

You get to pretend your Snake from metal gear solid and sneak into their home to complete the work without getting caught. But be careful though... you shouldn't really break their necks, even though you might reallyyy realllllyyyy wanna. haha

Don't you love when you get those.

sub lives in a apt bldg. So instead of replacing the riser, Care tells you to replace the drop to the building.  I love how they think it's just like any other house. :p

Ive never heard of hitting a converter box called provisioning, thus the confusion. In addition, yall must not be using the same software for your converters as we do ;)
