Have a node I have created two tickets for the hub techs to look at the return on. It has a market health score in the high 20's now. Both tickets have been closed with no problem found. So now, I am on-call, it is 12:30 in the morning, and I get paged for 'missing modems, possible bad transmitter or receiver; noise floor looks good on pathtrack USSNR=16" I go out to the node, replace the transmitter, no change. Now I have to sit and wait for a hub tech to come in and do what should of been done 3 weeks ago, and change the receiver. I am already at 35 hours of overtime since last Tuesday.
