I have to agree with that. Internet numbers are being met, and generally exceeded. People ditching the cable box and going Media Server to 50'' monitors in the living room... All that content has to get to them somehow. Luckily we are in the Internet business!!
We just have to find a way to get the Subscription Model to work online.

What company do you work for?

And they're going to need to raise the bandwidth cap to something higher than 250Gb! Video subs have been dropping off for years & that's going to continue for reasons like you said Tool, as well as just watching content on laptops & other portable devices. And as good/cheap as our phone service is many people are dropping home phones & going to cell phones. As long as Wall st keeps looking at video subs it's going to look like the cable co's are failing. Gee isn't that convenient, between that & the fact that they revamped the quarterly bonus program last year I guess that's less money I'll be getting. But as long as they can funnel all of our bonus money to the stock holders instead that's all that matters to them, right?
